Harsimran Kaur.
Chartered Physiotherapist – MSc BSc HCPC MCSP MAACP
My experience includes three years at a leading private physiotherapy clinic, followed by three years serving in a government hospital. These diverse environments equipped me with a wide range of clinical skills and insights, allowing me to provide comprehensive care to individuals from various walks of life.
Seeking to broaden my understanding of health on a larger scale, I moved to the United Kingdom to explore new horizons in the medical field. Driven by a desire to make a broader impact, I pursued a MSc in Public Health and Health Promotion. This advanced study allowed me to deepen my knowledge of population health, preventive care, and the promotion of well-being across communities.
I have become a registered physiotherapist with both the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). These accreditations reflect my commitment to maintaining the highest standards of practice and continuous professional development.
Although my academic journey into public health was fulfilling, I realised that my true passion lies in hands-on patient care as a chartered physiotherapist. The ability to make a direct, positive impact on an individual’s health and wellbeing is what brings me the greatest satisfaction. My experiences have reaffirmed my belief that serving humanity through physiotherapy is not only my profession but my calling.
I am dedicated to providing personalised care, helping individuals regain mobility, strength, and independence. Whether treating acute injuries, managing chronic conditions, or promoting overall physical wellness, my approach is patient-centered, evidence-based, and compassionate. I believe in empowering my patients through education and active participation in their recovery journey.
Since joining the Square One team, I have completed an advanced musculoskeletal acupuncture course, and I am a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP).
In October 2025, I will begin a postgraduate qualification in joint and soft tissue injections at the University of Essex. This advanced qualification will extend my scope of practice and enhance my service offering at Square One, which will provide our patients with faster access to treatment and personalised care.
I look forward to continuing my work as a physiotherapist, serving individuals and communities with dedication, expertise, and compassion.
