Square One gift vouchers can be purchased for all of the above services. A gift voucher is a perfect gift for all occasions and can be for a set amount or for a specific treatment. To purchase a Square One gift voucher, please contact us.
Private Medical Insurance.
Please contact the team at Square One to discuss your private medical insurance cover. Currently, Square One is affiliated with all major insurance providers.
Cancellation Policy.
Square One has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. A non-attendance (no-show) with no notification will be charged at 100% of the appointment price.
Square One also reserves the right to ask for a 50% deposit as is deemed necessary, especially during busy periods, where demand for physiotherapy appointments are at a premium.
